I came across Galaw on my Instagram feed and somehow it piqued my interest so I contacted Angela not knowing what to expect. The classes turned out to be more than I expected. Angela is a ball of energy and her classes are so fun. She turns intricate steps into simpler forms that are so easy to follow. Highly recommend!!

I had never done Pilates before, but my instructor Angela did a great job explaining how everything works. She made me feel very comfortable using the reformer machine for the first time. Now I am coming regularly and I’m getting a great workout!! She’s the best!!
